About Us

Lois Jordan is a team of real estate data analytics, change management specialists, and appraisal experts. Since 2014, we have been providing clients with unique insights with a great emphasis on speed, convenience, and accuracy.

Specializing in traditional appraisals, desktop valuations, and market analysis for all types of residential properties – including unique properties throughout Maine – our team provides robust market analysis and data validation through an innovative, analytical, and scientific process.

Our Team

Bill Harper is our Founder & Chief Analytics Officer. Eclectic, varied, broad, weird…. these are all terms used to describe Bill’s professional & educational background. Bill holds a BSc in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a MSc in Social Work & Social Policy from Columbia University, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Lancaster University Management School where his research interest focuses on organizational behavior & organizational ethics.

An experienced entrepreneur and leader in the business and non-profit sectors, Bill has proven expertise in complex residential real estate market analysis, business strategy and development, multidisciplinary change management, and the creation, implementation, and evaluation of data-driven systems. Bill is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the states of Maine & South Carolina and a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Maine.

Mike Libby is a Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser and provides comprehensive analysis of residential real estate throughout the state of Maine. With years of real estate experience behind him, Mike is well attuned to current market trends, has extensive local market expertise, and specializes in market data analysis for solving complex problems.

Jeremy Miller is our lead operations manager and the cornerstone of our most complex projects. He is a strategic thinker whose insight ensures that we achieve maximum efficiency in everything we do. Jeremy is currently a trainee real estate appraiser in the state of Maine.

Ralph Laranang is our lead data manager and supervises our extensive catalog of data systems. He compiles, organizes, and deploys complex & interrelated datasets in order to support the logistical & programmatic needs of our clients.
